Great job! It's wonderful that you have so much support around you, and that support sounds like they will hold you accountable...how awesome! Keep it up and I know you will do great.

Jello sugar free pudding gets me through (so does the slim-a-bear 100 cal klondike icecream sandwich) And I also do the vanilla yogurt (Stonyfield farms fat free french vanilla yogurt), 1 cup strawberries, and 1/4 cup chocolate delite granola. Yummy! But I totally agree with you...not fair!

Thanks for the encouragement. He is an Army vet who is now in Iraq as a contractor. He's been gone almost 7 months and will be gone about another year. I'm used to it now and pretty much am running on autopilot until he gets home again. I miss him like crazy though! And am SO exhausted now!!!

I didn't do too well today. I've had 12 glasses of water which is good, but I only did the 30 day shred. I was at about 800 cals by dinner time tonight (was too busy to eat!), and at dinner time I was at the church, so I picked up Zaxby's on my way home :embarassed: . I'm under my calroies, for what it's worth. And toted a…

It's not normal but I have the same problem. I keep my house at 82 degrees in the summertime and am peachy. My thyroid tests came back normal, and my dr. told me that though 98.6 is the normal body temp, it can very up to a couple degrees depending on the person and that can also contribute. Just make sure to keep a…

Marking for later. Looks yummy!

Hey all you Skinnies! I'm down 40 oz water so far. No work out yet, but am really hoping to. I'm babysitting all day (have been since last night). So along with my almost-3-y/o, I have an 8 month old today. Gym childcare is now closed so I can't do that (had a bday party this morning to go to), but I may do 30 day shred…

I'm in for sure! Going to work out in the morning and can't wait! Thinking of doing Pilates in the evening. SSC is just what I need!

I love that I can run around with my daughter outside without looking/feeling ridiculous. I love that my collar bone/shoulder muscles are defined now I love that when we went to the gym together when he was on leave, my husband was noticing guys looking at me (I didn't notice of course, I'm not wired to think that anyone…

I say give it to a neighbor. Great way to build relationship as well as get it out of your house! Unless of course, you have a key to your neighbor's house and can sneak back in for a piece

How's everyone doing? I had baked chicken spaghetti for dinner (organic and whole wheat all the way) and unsweetened applesauce for dessert. I still have my exercise cals left today, but I'm not hungry! Maybe a cup of yogurt later will do. 105 oz water so far! :drinker:

I'm late, but I'm in! Just got back from the gym and I did 3 miles total on treadmill; 1 mile of sprints, 1 mile run, and 1 mile brisk walk at a 5% incline. Total burn? Almost 600 cals! Need to up my water intake for the day. Only had 32 oz so far. We can do this!! My scale has been stuck for weeks...it's time to make it…

Great job everyone! We all did awesome! If nothing else, it made me super-focused for the day on what I was eating and drinking. In my Bible study a couple months ago, it was brought up that in order to achieve change, you cannot focus on what you DIDN'T do in 1 day but what changes you made, no matter how small. I've…
