Hello!!! It was a long weekend here in Alberta, and I had a great time!!! But this week is going by very fast! I couldn't believe it was Wednesday today!!! Anyway, I'm up... :grumble: SW: 142 LW: 135.8 TW: 136.2 Not a lot, but up none-the-less. Well, there's always next week! :drinker:

I have this problem too. And I was hoping it would go away when I lost, but it got worse. The explaination given by songbyrdsweet makes a ton of sense... I guess it will finally leave when I build some muscle mass and lose more body fat.

I have a friend who is allergic to MSG, and gets headaches and bloating for days after eating a meal with a lot in it. You may be having a reaction of some sort if it's lasting that long.

My Aunt used to drink ridiculous amounts of green tea because "it helps with weight loss" but then found out that she had an allergic reaction to it... It was bad times... She didn't get sick, she just got tons of sores all over her legs that only went away after months of not drinking green tea.

Oh no kidding! We lived up in the north of Seoul, Nowon area. My boyfriend and I taught English there last year. It was a real blast! We met a lot of US boys while we were in Itaewon... fun times!

I just wanna say that I worked out last night for the first time in a little while. With my parents visiting, it was difficult to do some Turbo Jamming! Even though I was walking everyday, it's just not the same as a good 20 min. workout with Chalene! I'm glad everyone is doing so well this week!!! Keep up the great work!!

I bought a Salter at Home Outfitters and paid $60 (Cdn). I didn't want to spend that much but thought it was worth it. It's super consistent. Also, I was told to never leave a scale in a bathroom because the steam/humidity screws with it and causes inconsistencies.

I think everyone is busy with their weekend festivities! I, however, am in Canada and so won't partake in July 4th BBQ's. Canada Day was last Wednesday!
