  • I was just getting ready to ask this very same question. I added the following to strength and it shows 0. Push Ups - 20 Sit Ups - 100 Upright Row - 40 (10 lb) Bicep Curls - 40 (10 lb) Deadlift - 40 (10 lb) Calf lifts - 40 (10 lb) How do I calculate a calorie amount for this?
