Hi, I think my biggest issue is that I depend on other people to bbost my own self confidence. It's an issue I'm trying to work on though, I need to do things for me without having to ask for validation. It's like I'm scared or something, idk of what though... :huh:

Hi, I'm 5'2 and my goal is 130 lb. The thinnest I've been was when I was 18, and I was 118 lbs. Then after my daughter was born, the thinnest I was ever able to get was 134. I hope I'm not being unrealistic with a 130 lb goal. :huh:
