Haven't read through thread but i can tell you that you cut too many calories way too quickly, meaning ur likely to have a fat loss plateau too early

The female chart is a bit chitty tbh a lot of the women in the higher %'s have big breasts, and hips. with bf % levels that would look nowhere near as good on a women with a different frame.

Found it effective, but stopped because I enjoy eating whenever as I want as opposed to within a window. I'd recommend it though for anyone wanting to lose fat.

Obsessively checking daily is not needed, but a weekly check would be a good thing imo Monitoring your body fat % would be ideal

Different people respond differently to eating styles (some are more carb sensitive). I'd try both ways out for a couple weeks and see which works better for you.

Fair enough if someone and their partner do nice things for each other. But things like paying for her on the 1st date (as OP said) is just lame and weak. Or going out of your way to the point of lowering your dignity e.g. getting out the car and running round to the other side to open hers.
