Went over my goal last night after a run then taking a spin class, and added 17.6 miles. The LilySlim ticker won't let me go over my goal miles so I ended up increasing the goal on the ticker from 70 to 80. But I think that for February since it's shorter I'll just go with 75 miles. Add another 2 for me for a total MTD of 60.3. Almost there, and hope to finish by Monday and add a few bonus miles. I wish there were a "like" button on these posts. I'm so inspired by the folks here out there moving!!

Wish I could ship some of my norther snow and cold off to the skiers as well. I'm ready for some warmth and to see the sun shining after 4:45 in the afternoon. Add another 3.5 for me. MTD = 58.3

I'm going for 70 miles this month. I barely made my 55 in January, but all it would mean is 1 more spin class and I think that's manageable.

Exactly! I was exercising regularly for months, but it wasn't until I got serious about watching my food and stopped giving myself a "cheat" day a few times a week that the weight came off. I love that line, "you can not out run a bad diet!"

I love this group! It's really inspiring to me to see how hard people are working toward their goals. I hurt my ankle and set a really low goal last month, I also didn't think about adding in miles on the elliptical or stationary bike which ended up working well for my bum ankle. This month my goal will be 55 miles.

Somehow I didn't see this until now, but would still like to join if possible. My goal is to swim 3.5 kilometers and run 10 miles by the end of November.
