I know that theoretically it's all about calories in and calories out but my own experience has been that it does make a difference. Okay, I'm in, 2 lbs a week is difficult for me, but I'm willing to give it a try (again). I was 136 this morning at my health assessment for work, after breakfast with all my clothes on.

Well December is a bust but I got in a nice 4 mile run with my son today.

Oh my goodness, slow and not so steady is not getting me into the green zone :'( . I also really need to try and run a couple times every week or it really catches up with me. Not giving up though. MTD 29.2

Well no cycling in the snowy north country means not so many miles for me. I should get a bike trainer for the winter. Also should have kept track of all the shoveling I did over the weekend and yesterday... got some steps in doing that for sure! MTD 6

Ran after work yesterday, and took an exercise class today for a total of 80.1, phew! Just made it.

I'm trying to eek out these last miles. Ran .5 on track before a TRX class, skipped yoga at lunch and walked a mile today. Almost there :p

UGH :s rolled my ankle doing a trail run this past weekend and it looks like I'm definitely not going to make my goal.
