    I just realized I haven't posted my progress at all this month. I was on travel until Jan 20 and could not keep track of my walking until then, but since I got back I immediately resumed my daily walks (thanks to my dog! :) ) I'm now at 29.2km total, out of 30km for this month.

    Tacking on another 6 miles for 226 out of 200. Put in 6 miles for a cool down ride after weights. Weights are KILLING ME!! You don't realize how good you get at using some muscles and not others until someone has you lift weight. :smile:
