As for me, today my back was a little better. Thankfully it's responding to more activity and getting stronger again. I managed to do my league bowling today and two of my three games were over my average so I was happy with that. I also rode my stationary bike again tonight (6.0 miles) without any issues so that was hopeful as well.

Added 23.5 miles today... that puts me at 240.45 MTD... 19.55 miles to go. I will plan a more-flat/speed ride for tomorrow, rather than a super hilly ride, and that should put me in at goal.0

December has been the most disappointing month for me for cycling. The weather has been just horrible. We went straight from pouring rain/flooding and such, to perfect sunshine temps in the 30's ( I love that), but gale force winds again. After getting blown off my bike 2 weeks ago, not going to try that again, so here I will be walking for another 2 days at least. Then the rain returns, can't win for losing.
