Lots of great progress this month!! I didn't get anything done today, but I'll have some time tomorrow morning before my surgery (if I get up in time lol). I don't have to be there until 2:30 so.... Thanks everyone for the well wishes. It shouldn't be any big deal, but I will be off my feet for a few days. I'll check back in tomorrow evening and let you know if I survived.

Starting to get back on track and over the flu. Got 10 more miles on the bike for a total of 46 out of 200 and got some weight lifting done. Let's see if I can start to pile on some miles and catch up.0

@Dave - hope all is well and you got some good drugs out of it.
After three long weekend shifts, I got up early to do a TRX class, then did a 4.4 mile run/walk in slightly cool weather, but when you're sweaty, it feels nice. Now to the couch with the remote control
