    Like I said Friday, work is really getting in the way of moving and posting too. So, I have good days and bad days, I just hope it evens out to at least close to goal by the end.

    Friday added 6 miles, Saturday 1.5 miles, Sunday 5 miles, today 1.25 miles
    December total 45.5 miles

    Nothing new to report since last night, but I wanted to see how everyone is doing. I hope you're still feeling OK this morning Dave. Good to hear everything went well. Today's looking fantastic for me despite the grey rainy weather outside. I'm in the GREEN :D and I get to retrieve my dear daughter from school for the holidays. :D Now for a little moving before I get in the car for the long drive.

    Well, technology and me have not been so friendly lately. flamingmad.gif I would like to take a moment to state how much I *HATE* the new Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12. Utterly useless piece of censored.gif. soapbox.gif

    ~~BUT~~

    I've expanded my scope of exercise yesterday to add in rowing, on the rowing machine. I HAVE to get back into it because we are going camping in Mankato over Memorial Day weekend to include kayaking. Also hopped back on the exercise bike for the first time since I broke my ankle. Was that ever a strain.

    December 1-15

    Miles Walking - 29.28
    Miles Rowing - 4.15
    Miles Biking - 2.00

    December total: 35.43 miles
