I have recently taken up bike riding and LOVE it! Yesterday morning (before it dot oo hot) we took the kids and rode an easy 5 miles. Then last night me and the hubs went back out for another harder 5 miles! LOVE IT!!!

I rode my bike for about 3 hours today! First 2 were semi-leisurely as the kids were with us, but the last one was a pretty good workout!

I'm 5"5' and started at 210. Already lost about 20 pounds though diet alone. (gotta start exercising now :( My goal was to lose 60 pounds so that would put me at 150. I'm down with that lol.

That's how I lost my first 20 pounds. My next 20 will need the help of exercise!
