Just checked my blood sugar and it is 110, 2 hrs after lunch! I haven't ever been able to get it below 130! Yay...huge win for me! ? re: starting 30day shred
I keep hearing great remarks about the 30day shred and want to try it, BUT....I am totally out of shape. I walk every once in a while, but that's pretty much the extent of my exercise. Would the 30day shred absolutely kill me if I tried it? LOL

too much fiber?
Is there such a thing as getting TOO MUCH fiber? Just curious...so far today I've had an apple, some nuts and a whole grain tortilla, and I'm already over my daily fiber requirement....

length of exercise ?
I've just recently started exercising with a stair-climber, so I can only do 5 minutes or so at a time, then I need to rest my legs. My question is, if I do it in "sets" 5 minutes at a time, does it matter how I enter the exercise into my diary? If I do 20 minutes total, vs. four 5-minute workouts? Just curious...

nuts as a snack
Nuts are supposed to be a great snack choice, but if I have nuts I almost always go over my fat goal! I know it's the "good fats" but still... On the days I go over my fat allowance, I tell myself "it's ok b/c I had nuts today"...?

Just messed up BIG time :(
