I am 47 and my Birthday is in July I am so sick of being overweight. Last summer I broke my foot and therefore did not do much consequently I gained weight I am back in the gym trying to get back into the cardio - eating better - cut the junk - not drinking as much I would be happy to lose 40-50 pounds by my birthday…

Good job!! And my Doc also told me to stay about 1000 cal per week I told her I work out every day and she ok'd it actually I feel less stressed and healthier already. Mind you I have only lost 3 lbs so far but Eat healthier and thats the bottom line I think making healthier choices migh be better than counting calories…
