This was a practice I took upon and it worked for me. Of course I had an apple or cheese stick if it was too much but once you train your body and mind it is easy. Asalamu Alaikum, Didn't lose any they go up and down. We have iftars at masjid and my body doesn't like eating at night. Hopefully I won't gain any. Not fasting everyday so maybe I can control on those days when I don't have to eat late. Ramadan Mubarak from Vermont!

I am on level 1 day 4. My thighs are better today but my arms are in so much pain (biceps) right around my elbows. I keep stretching but boy auch. Anyway, love it and I am also adding few times a week some rowing and elliptical. Good luck!

Day 3 level 1 for me today. Very sore but I actually love it. I am going 30 days no breaks but we will see. Good luck! Ps. I saw at Costco that they had 5-6 different JM DVDs and they are $7 bucks.
