  • I have done Bikram for a series of time, and I just try to start again, its true is really hot in the class room, but at the end you feel like a million dollars...im not sure about the calorie burn discussion I have lost a bit of weight but im also being very active I could assure is juts the bikram...I do feel much better…

  • Doing cardio is good, where do you have most of your fat stored??..tummy or legs??...jogging is great for a general tone up, so I will say keep on doing Cardio for 45 min 3 x week plus your weight training and you should see results in a couple of weeks...you must be consistent girl....but don't overdo...
