She wasn't asking about spot reducing. As far as the puking feeling, OP..I used to have those during my intense Pilates sessions when I didn't have another protein before the workout. Maybe people with more education in fitness will say otherwise, but I'd try getting more protein before you do another ab workout.

Strivectin SD. Nothing gets rid of them completely, but this (expensive, unfortunately) lotion evens skin tone and reduces the redness. I love it.
