I've been a member for about 7 months and love it! It's quick and the workouts are great for all fitness levels. The trainers are great motivators, too. Can't say enough good things about it.

There's a "home workout" option now, but you have to be wearing your phone (in like an armband) and be moving at a certain pace/amount of time for it to register as a workout.

Vitamins have made a huge difference in how I feel. I take Nature Made vitamins and tend to stick with the liquid gels. These are available at most retailers (WalMart, Walgreens, CVS.) Walgreens and CVS also have buy 1, get 1 free deals on a regular basis.

This. Thank you. Replace "obese" with any other adjective used to describe a person (old, black, latino, asian..etc) and it wouldn't be accepted. But calling out her body and what he perceives as her bad health is ok? It's not.

We don't know her health background, her eating and exercise habits, etc. She never asked for sympathy... she was simply telling people it's not ok to give other unsolicited advice on their perceived health and appearance. And yes, I hate excuses. She wasn't giving excuses.
