Hi there I am soon to be 40 and just started this weight loss journey as well I have 60 pounds to go. Don't get discouraged just take it one day at a time!

The scale can be so evil! Measure yourself, chest, hips, waist, biceps, etc...it will give you a more accurate view of what you are truly loosing. Remember that muscle weights more than fat so you may be loosing fat and gaining muscle.

I know the feeling though my friends range from tiny gals to big gals however my husband is in great shape, so I need to get on track!
