First time on this beast today was a killer. I was humbled in 7 minutes. I walked away convinced that it was satanic...After reading this thread, I'll give it a couple weeks and try to step up my game a little. If the calorie expenditures you folks are quoting are even 75% accurate, I gotta have me some of that!
