I was happy with how my abs were looking by March or so, so IDK... about 15 months or so. March was a huge push for me, b/c my husband and I were doing a trip together to the Bahamas. There are pics in my profile! :)

You're already a sixth of the way there, GO GO GO! I suggest monthly goals and then check them off. Don't focus on the big numbers, focus on what you can accomplish in 30 days. :)

Ya know, I just used NROL4W as a 2 month filler during the summer, b/c it was easy to do while on-the-go/vacations/etc... I could just pack the book & a set of weights/band. I liked NROL4W, love the philosophy behind it, but I just got bored and wanted to switch it up. :)

I lost 20lbs, 21" and 10% body fat doing CLX, you do have to challenge yourself though and go heavy to see the changes. And following the Eating Guide TOTALLY helps. CLX rocks! I'm a grad... 20lbs, 21" and 10% body fat in 90 days. This was the program I used to start my weight loss journey and it changed my body shape entirely... I can't say enough about the benefits of women lifting weights.

A few things.... You gotta lift, especially targeting your lower body which is where most women hold onto addt'l fat deposits. (It's still my problem area) Eat a clean diet, drink plenty of water, eat good fats. Try Weleda Birch Oil... AMAZING! I bought it on Amazon. Wowza, awesome stuff! I hope that helps. :)

Yes, this exactly! The body is great & all, but I have my life back. I inspired my husband to get started (and he's lost 25lbs & 10% body fat) and my girls LOVE working out with me. It's the best!!

My favorite was ChaLEAN Extreme!! Chalene just rocked my world and helped me realize that I was stronger than I thought... mentally & physically. It was the catalyst for this change. PUMP is my current fave, such an awesome program!!!

Sure, that works. I do HIIT sprints, love 'em! So 7-8MPH and then you hop on & on. 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off for 30 minutes. GOOD fat torcher!! :) If you do them I'd love to hear what you think!

ME ME ME! I'm a stay-at-home mama too! I've been on here over a year now, but I LOVE meeting other SAHM MFP friends to connect with during the day. It's a whole new ball game working out & eating healthy with a family!! It's always more fun to do this with support!! :)

I doubt it could happen THAT fast, but yesterday I was STARVING all day so I ate. Ate clean, but ate more and often and got in some addt'l fats (EVOO, walnuts, fish, etc..) and adjusted my custom goals back to 40/30/30. I met my calorie goal of 1800 for the day.
