I'm fine with exercising. My diet is where I slouch. I just never feel like I have enough energy

I will workout for a couple weeks and not really see results and that's where I lose the motivation. Also my diet, I need to eat better than what I do. I'm just not sure about the calories in to out. If I eat almost 1400 a day and burn close to 900 then it says I'm not eating enough calories.

There is a lot of sugar in fruit. Certain fruit have lower fructose levels than other fruits. Try googling and see if you can find some with lower levels

Dont worry about what others think of you. Being curvy isn't a bad thing. If you are getting rude stares then tell them to not look at you if they have a problem :) Curvy women are beautiful too!
