What's also nice is the first day or two registration is $5 less :) It was like that here anyways. Since ours had sold out so fast, they ended up giving us a second day for The Color Run so those who were once unlucky got a second chance to sign up! The youtube videos keep me excited! My daughter is excited too!

Registration for the KC one opened on a Monday and was sold out by Friday so I HIGHLY suggest you sign up asap when it becomes available. It looks like so much fun I am taking my 4.5 year old. Of course we won't be running the entire thing, probably play fun chasing games until the end but I figure this could be a fun way…

Personally, as someone who is also pale, I would not tan or spray tan. Just go outside, wear sunscreen and be proud of your skin and the fact that it is healthy and probably looks a lot younger than it is :)

I agree 100% with this. I already would know I am overweight and the fact that someone pretty much points it out wouldn't make me feel so good. I might get self concsious running in front of others and therefor stop running...

The more muscle you have the more calories your body will burn. If you do not lift weights while trying to lose weight you will lose the muscle you already have which is not a good thing. You will not bulk up and look manly. I have seen people lose 4lbs of total body weight but at the same time they gained 6lbs of fat-free…
