Thanks. That's all common sense to me. I didn't go over in calories so I'm not really bothered by it at all. I never ever kick myself. If I want to eat something I eat it, I never deprive myself of something. Doing that for so long is what brought my weight gain on in the first place.

Great job. All it takes is a little at a time. Movement is movement. Start off little and do what you can do. If you try to do too much your running the risk of ending up in pain with your fibro. We're so proud of you.

Take it easy while your gone. You don't need to over do it. I think your mini goal sounds good. You can do it. I started keeping carrots, celery and apples in the kitchen for my night time snacking. It seems to be helping. I hope you have fun visiting you family.

I've lost almost ten inches from that area from walking. A fast paced walk. I walk for 4 hours at work every day and it's helps, plus I walk outside work too. Get a measuring tape and start measuring... you would be surprised.
