I've never had any problems with MFP being wrong. I have my own pediometer for when I walk and it tells me calories burned and it's always close to MFP.

Every body fluctuates. I fluctuate 2-4 pounds. Also depends on where I am in the my cycle, and the time of the day. It's normal. I wouldn't freak out over this.

Do your research. Yes it does help. But you have to be moving. The more you drink, the more you sweat, the more you burn. I know this is true because it worked for me. Every body is different. You can't just drink and sit. You have to be moving. I wouldn't call it flushing out the fat though. It's called burning lol.…

Where I live, Walmart sucks. I actually prefer Krogers. I spend way less there, and I get fuel points. So I spend less on food and I spend less on gas.
