Today I felt like taking a current picture, I've been logging on for 57 straight days. In those 57 days I've been exercising just about everyday, eating better foods & eating a lot smaller portions than before. For exercise I did about 23 days of the 30 day shred (i started to get hurt during it towards the end so I'm taking a break). Also I usually go running a few days a week & try to strive for at least a mile. And whatever other random exercises I decided to do. Not a huge change in my lower body yet but I see a little bit of a difference. =)

& this down here is my goal.. This pic is only from a little over a year ago. I didn't even realize I was gaining weight. I hope to be back to this soon!
