  • Is Low Carb relative to each person? I try to keep my carbs under 100g a day and get most of my calories from protein. That is low compared to my previous lifestyle with 300+g a day. I think under 50g is incredibly low, bordering on no carbs.
  • Donuts. They are made of fat and sugar. Are they good for you? Lotsa anger going on here. Seems to me the "sugar defenders" are just taking things out of context. In your new lifestyle, this weightloss journey, do you eat cake? donuts? pies? doublestuff oreos? Hopefully not. Maybe you do if sugar is OK.. *shrugs*
