HI looks like you are on right track :) Well done with weight loss nice when you can fit back into something, I got pair trousers I am using as a incentive to lose, almost there just few inches!!

Doing water arebics, swimming. running upstairs (when I remember:smile: ) Cutting out junk food, eating more fruit and nuts and trying to drink more water!

I know was going give in to my negitive voice which said no point in trying to lose weight at my age 52, know it is not as easy but is possible I HOPE:ohwell:

HI Like a lot of you said finding it easier to put the weight on then take it off:cry: of course does not help that I have become a bit lazy and was almost ready to give up!! Feeling tired most of the time does not help, but just have to be tough with myself and not listen to my negitive voice and try to stay postive:smile:

I have started to move, been going in pool, swimming and doing some arobics(so much easier in water) my daughter is my instructor:smile: hopefully getting into a good habit, which I WILL keep this time!!
