im 1200, was a bit of a struggle at times but pretty much used to it now and keeping it close!!

totally a soda junkie! but i try not to have it most of the times. even if i go out i wudnt specially order a drink for myself but would steal a sip or two from my mom's drink. so yeah im in the battle to stop soda pops too!!

thats exactly what i do. just somethings which are BEYOND worth of the amount of calories they give me to the enjoyment they pass on, i try to keep them to the minimal. like once in a long while. but no i didnt give up on anything completely excpt for softdrinks, but i do steal a sip or two every once in a while. :)

i use the baby rash cream (rashnil) on any rashes and it seems to fade em away real quick!
