Use 1 or 2%; I was raised on skim milk and Whole milk tastes like cream to me, but 2% is just fine - especially in coffee.

About 1/4 of a cup of 2% milk, and 2 teaspoons of sugar, or 2 teaspoons of honey - it's really nice if you have fancy pants honey. and very yes on the kind of coffee being very important! (ignore the lack of grammar respect) If coffee is important to you MAKE it important! Use a good coffee machine, clean your grinder, buy…

Silent Hill, Okami, starcraft (1&2), WoW, and Portal. I played Portal 4 times through when my boyfriend worked the night shift one weekend.

Take a short walk! brisk exercise get's your heart rate up and your brain going! If it's truly dire, drink 1/2 of a 5 hour energy!

Unfortunately, most high-fat and high-protien foods tend to be VERY filling, but if eaten every couple of hours can really help one out. Try some nuts like almonds, walnuts, pecans; or avocados (chips and guacamole anyone?); protien bars like luna bars would help with nutrient intake, as would cliff bars; eggs are always a…

I count it when it's intense. For example, I don't count it when I'm making burgers (pat pat, flop, sizzle - woo!) but when I'm chopping the veggies for my spaghetti sauce, along with browning the ground turkey, AND cleaning as I go then I count it. Usually I also gauge it by how bad my feet are hurting afterwards. =P

I did this just last saturday and logged it as "moving boxes up stairs" you can find it in the search under "moving"

Luna bars! They're sweet, but not crazy sugary, and they have plenty of vitamins and minerals you could be missing out on. Usually if I'm feeling the kind of lethargy you're describing, then a cup of tea, and a snack with some protein (a bar, a turkey leg) and sometimes a lie-down till it passes.

How was she a sloppy instructor? Were her instructions unclear? Did she not know what to do next?

BUMP I'm in the same boat!

Echoing others, do more strength training. It will tone your butt and thighs far better than a billion hours of cardio.

Something other than black! Also, muscle-cut shirts (sleeveless) are fine, with a bit of extra room in the neck. Pants? I prefer long pants that are cut close but not tight. Mesh works well underneath shirts and as part of pants.

Air popped popcorn with canola oil spray, salt, and splenda! You can have a BIG bowl of it and spliced with water it'll fill you up real quick!

Look around! there's more to "real" exercise than running and swimming and being annoyed :P I found an activity that I count as "touch football" every week or two - I beat people with padded weapons! that in turn has inspired me to get better, get faster, get stronger. I let that activity that I really TRULY love drive me…

Ask him what he wants to do. Does he want to be able to run a mile? Get a hot date? Be on a sports team? It's hard to raise a teenager (or so I've heard) but it's also pretty hard to be one. Continue setting a good example for him with the meals. why won't he eat the veggies or fruits? do they make him sick?

Check out my signature block! (I also lose at a snail's pace, but thinking of the next reward helps me keep at it!)

Okay, so I'm a bit ambitious it seems. I have a window box. One. And last year I managed to grow a sugar pumpkin vine - the ONE pumpkin it grew went right into my thanksgiving pumpkin pie! Delish! So this year I bought some sugar baby watermelon seeds, sugar pumpkin seeds, and some birdhouse gourd seeds - ambitious again!…

I have felt my tummy tighten after some C25K sessions on the treadmill, with a good incline. But I would like to know if this is just psychological or the real stuff.

Hi, exact same problem here. Most of my weight came from stuffing down my emotions. I still do it, I have a long way to go. Part of what helped me was learning how to voice my frustrations, instead of letting them simmer. Even if it's just an immediate "that really annoyed me" I can feel the emotional pressure letting off…

Watch your protein intake too, water and protein are very VERY important to hair, skin, and nails.

I'll be doing it! I saw the course online - and I've heard it's pretty casual. Just my out-of-shape speed! While I don't think there's any training available outside of an actual obstacle course, I'm doing weights as well as cardio, so if my muscles don't know how to do something I can try to power through it.

try the "weightless" fennel tea. I drink a cup right as my cravings start and BAM they're gone!

I want to know what I look like under here! I've never seen my true body type!

I thought so too! thank you =)

There's a big mirror over the sink at work where I fix my coffee. After pouring myself a cup with some 2% milk and splenda, I look up and think "why hullao thar new curves in my waist area!" and give myself a wink.

Last night, after sweating and swearing at the lovely 10-minutes pilates woman. For 10 minutes. I got up to fix chicken salad for dinner and my bf tells me: "Sweetie, a year from now you can BE the pilates lady." =D

I have a water bottle that has both measurments on it! 8 ounces = 235 ml therefore: 8 servings of 235 ml = 1880 ml I usually round it out to 2L a day, a little extra never hurts me.

Most of the reasons listed are repeated (just re-worded) with no citations. EDIT: and multiple sclerosis?! *facepalm*

Dreamed about a bison burger with oodles of bacon and cheese - had a chicken salad instead and was much happier, and satisfied!

Butternut squash soup made at home with chicken broth instead of cream, although a dollop of light sour cream makes it super tastey! Sweet potatoes can be baked in the microwave, just pierce it with a fork a few times, wrap it in a wet paper towel and cook for at least 7 minutes depending on the size. Goes great with…
