I'm 5'5 and 168lbs... want to get down to 140. Pics on my profile of my progress. of course none are at my high weight of 279, but the before ones are all around 230.

I was always told I was big boned. Not sure if it was because they thought i resembled one side of the family and not the other or if it was just because they didn't want to hurt my feelings. I accepted that i was "big boned" for a long time. Now i've dropped 110 pounds of the 140 i wanted to lose, and i can tell you for…

i'm 5'5, you can see mine on my profile. i've lost 70 in the last year and 110 from my highest weight.

I'm constantly touching my shoulders, collar bones, chest, and hips. Now I can feel bones there instead of fat!
-
wtg, you look amazing!

That is a killer accomplishment! That thing is tough. I'm on week 7 and can't get through the whole thing!
-
slow and steady wins the race! i've lost almost 70 pounds and My skin is less saggy than it was before i started working out. strength training, the right food, and lots of water!
-
i weigh in also. I actually find that my weight goes up a week before tom, and the day before it starts i drops all the weight back off. i'm an obsessive weigher though and weigh every day.

i have worn mine swimming numerous times, and it still works.

wow, you look amazing! you are such an inspiration!

Thanks for that. I haven't had motivation today and I have to start day one of phase two of p90x. That is totally going to help me thru it tonight!

these aren't whole wheat, but it's a whole grain, and they are sooooo yummy. I don't even like real pancakes anymore. http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/oatmeal-pancakes-10000002011047/

I'm 5'5 and started out at 232. I'm now sitting at 173, and still want to lose another 25 or so. It can be done! Feel free to add me as a friend!

I've gone from 237 to 175 since sept 2010. At first it took a while to notice a difference...maybe 30 pounds. Now every 5 pounds or so I notice a big difference. It takes less time for my clothes to start fitting looser.

WOW! What an inspiration! you look great!

you are amazing!!!! Great pics!

I love this recipe. I actually made it for dinner tonight. I don't put the carrots in it and I added a bit of mint along with the parsley. So good, and a nice summery dish. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Quinoa-Tabbouleh/Detail.aspx

yep, me! it does get better though. When I first started out, 8 months ago, I didn't want to do anything but go to the gym. As i've gained the control to balance calories and working out, it's gotten way better. I'm still the semi-antisocial girl at the gym on a friday or saturday night, but I no longer say I have to go to…

make sure you clean it really well. I believe you can even put it in the washer. It might also need a new battery. Mine was spazzing out last week and i got a new battery and it's good as new. Also, make sure you have the chest strap tight enough. The only time mine loses signal is when it is too loose. Do all that and if…

I know, right??? She's constantly talking about it in a negative way. I refuse to take it in a negative way, and use it as positive motivation.

To keep my heart rate up, I jump between cardio and weights. so i'll do 10 mins of cardio to work up, arm weights, 20 minutes of cardio, leg weights, then another 20-30 mins of cardio, and then do abs.
-
WTG. That is absolutely amazing, and so motivating!

i had it also when i started, and still do sometimes. I found some great work out pants that suck in your stomach. They are tek gear from kohls (sorry, forgot to see where you live). Anyway, i LOVE LOVE LOVE them, but any type that has a "slimming" panel will work.

you look absolutely amazing! keep up the good work!

Great post! Thanks for the motivation!

I have the same one. I was like you and wanted to be able to wear it as a watch also. I was disappointed in the color, but I only wear it to the gym...so I don't really mind it. I'll just have to find a different watch for every day use.
