You and me both. I've found that i'm constantly restless. I can't seem to just sit down and relax. I always feel like I have to be up doing something. Right now the only thing on my mind is getting to the gym. I actually went twice yesterday because my first go round didn't seem like enough!

Hang in there! It could be a number of things. water weight, etc. I recently went 3 weeks without losing a pound and actually putting on a couple. I stuck with it and finally broke through it, and am back on target to meet my year end goal.

to change the time and date go into the settings. You can do it there. I found the book to be no help at all. I had to sit there for an hour or two just to figure out how to use it and how to change things. I love love love the thing though! It's easy to use now that i've had it for over a month!

I've got the same model. To use it to track calories burned and your heartrate: wet the strap, attach to chest. Then press the middle right button and it will start showing the heart blinking, then push it again to start it. Once you are in this mode you can scroll between heart rate, calories burned, duration and zone.…

Keep with it. I felt the same way. I realize now that I probably should have been in the next size up. It's hard to see the difference, but i'm sure it's there. 15 pounds is an awesome start. It's taken me 25 pounds to actually see a difference!

I was 50 pounds heavier than the weight I gave when I got it. Looking at the picture now, I can't believe they bought it. Now i'm 10 pounds lighter than what it says. Can't wait to get a new one in Jan. and actually give them my real weight.

I recently got the weight watcher "momentum" cook book. It's loaded with good stuff in it, and splenty of beef and pork recipes. Everything is really yummy!

If it's not normal weigh fluctuation, then I agree that it's probably the batteries. Oh, and I love my weight watchers scale. I think you can get it for $30 at target. It measures body fat, water weight, and bone mass.

I keep mine public incase I have questions. I'm sure there aren't people out there just trolling peoples diary's. My own mother rarely gets in to see mine. Also, It's an accountability thing for me. If I know that anyone can see it, then i'm more apt to make healthy choices.

Thanks all. I'm getting rid of them tonight! I know i'm serious this time, and it will be a good motivator to think that they aren't there, and I don't want to buy new clothes in the same size. I KNOW I can do this. Enough is enough. I just wish I hadn't let my last pregnancy stall my motivation (almost 3 years ago)!

This is so true. Most of my diet consist of fresh fruits and veggies. I find that anything that I thought was sweet (like cake, cookies, etc) before taste way too sweet now or just don't taste that great and not worth the calories.
