I found one of the links: http://www.cnn.com/2010/HEALTH/11/08/twinkie.diet.professor/index.html Personally, I do believe its a numbers game, so there will be weight loss, but at what cost?! Whats the point of being "thin" or "skinny" but feel so horrible you can't do anything.

No: TV Watching: If it doesn't come on channels that come with the TV, oh well. Radio Listening: Same as above, I enjoy XM whenever they turn it on to try and lure me in but when it goes off I don't miss it Drinks in a restaurant. Its ridiculous to spend $3-4 on soda. Plus cals and carbonation ruin a good meal. And I don't…

For example, if I know I'm going to have a late night out with my friends until 3a and we're gonna make the routine Ihop stop then I eat accordingly all day…

Saturday I ran 5 miles and it took me about 80 mins, not stopping the clock for water breaks, so I averaged around 14mins/mile. I felt ridiculously slow but I ran 5 miles so in the end I didn't care how long it took. Long as I was done before the gym closed lol

I just bought one Tuesday from walmart for $5, but its a spring one. Thats b4 I knew about the spring vs digital, but I don't really care, it measures food and I could afford it so it works for me, but next time I will invest in the digital. Accurate recording is half the battle. A good scale and hrm (that counts calories)…

My Zumba instructor who is fabulously fit and fine is "Overweight" according to her BMI index. SERIOUSLY. I wish I could show you a picture, she looks like she belongs in one of the Instructional DVDs. When she told me that my jaw dropped, she explained that the BMI didn't take into account her lean muscle vs fat ratio or…

You say you don't feel in control of anything. That can really suck, but turn that into the motivation you need. You ARE the only one in control of what you choose to consume. The only one who can choose exercise over wine. Take control where you have it and leave the rest to God.
