I complete my miles today. As of yesterday I was at 178.39 miles. So far today I have completed 4.69 bringing my total to 183.08. :)

I have started this program many, many times (pre-surgery). Proud to say this is the farthest I've gotten (week 6, day 2 tomorrow). I can now run/jog for 20 minutes at a time. I never thought I would be a "runner" but I am enjoying this and look forward to my run days. Lovin" my sleeve.
