I feel bad, sorry I always hate to be the bearer of bad news. I saw a reference that listed the wine for 23cal for 1 oz. So I assume it was entered wrong in MFP as 23 cal for 4 oz instead of 1 oz. :(

This would give you a 1400 calorie deficit ...not quite 0.5 lb per day loss. If you log those calories eaten into the BMF activity manager it will calculate your deficit for you...

You should not be eating less than 1200 calories per day. You have put your body in starvation mode. Your body wants to store all of those calories. Your already slow metabolism will become even slower if you do not give it the energy it needs especially when you are working out, you should eat more calories.
