cucumbers, celery hearts, cauliflower, peppers, radishes, onions. I like to chop everything up and then put a splash of white wine vinegar, olive oil and fresh black pepper on for a tart taste!

I agree with increasing cardio and watching carbs. Other things that have helped me is increasing my cardio to at least 45-60 minutes each session. I also keep my sugar near 50g a day and my sodium is set to 1500, but I am normally between 600-1000. Good luck!!
