I can't wait for normal!!! Hubby back at work, gym and baby schedule back to normal. All holiday junk out of the house. We are both making the commitment to get even healthier so I'm looking forward to the New Year and more weight loss. I have not lost a pound since the 21st and the goodies/eating outwon't stop. I m in for 14 by valentines. I wanted 15 by xmas but only lost 7 so this time I'm going to cut out sugars, cheese and drink more Right now I'm 187 - I'll switch my weigh in to Thursdays. Any advice or tips would be great.

Okay, it's the 23rd and I'm 185. So that was 6 instead of 15. I'm still proud and my next goal is 15 by Valentines. Whose in. Have a happy Holidays and wishing everyone the best.

Hey Everyone Weighed in today at 187 - So that's four pounds this month and still 11 more by by xmas. I will be very happy if I can get under 180 by then. I'm finding my weight loss very slow -any suggestions?

Down 1 more pound this week - 189 I really need to put things into high gear if I'm going to make 15 by xmas I still have 13 to go in 5 weeks. Both baby and I are suffering a horrible cold so things have been slow.
