  • I put the baby in the stroller and walked 5k everyday. Rain,Snow and in the dark. I also joined some mommy and baby fitness classes. These wer very motivating and fun to be wiyh other moms.

  • I'm up and would love to drop 10 in 6 weeks. I'm starting to see a nutrionists and she is making a few changes to my diet to follow. So far no fruit or starches at night. Also she wants me to increase my weight lifting - Any advice on a good program.

  • I joined some great new mom fitness groups. We do alot of plank, burpies, jacks for over an hour. The class burns about 400. Then I try to walk or run each day - 5k. my belly sucks right now still, but I've lost 55 of the 65 I gained and plan to lose another 20. The best part is I can do the class or walk with baby. Cut…

  • okay - So I started @ 177 and the scale is down to 173, so that's 4 down for april. I think I will push for 6 for May to make up for the extra pound.
  • I went with the same frustrastion to my doctor two weeks ago. He said weight loss is slow and that people who lose at slower consistent rate keep it off. He also said not to lose more then 5lbs a month. So frustrating when your aching to be back to your old self. Eating really clean helps also. Something I struggle with.
  • Okay - I'm 174 and May is next week. Don't think I'll make it to 165 - so I'm modifying my goal to hit 171 and see the 160's by May 6th. That's my daughter 13mnth birthday. Then only 10 more pounds of baby weight.

  • Just do it!!!! You'll feel like a new person in a couple months. Every thing will be better - breathing, taste of food, exercising, sleeping, your hair clothes and personality.   • I'm in.... I'd like to be 165 by Mat 1st. That's 2 pounds a week. I've been on a plateau for the past month. Any advice to speed this up. Maybe we can talk about our best weight loss trick. Mine is start with a healthy breakfeast.

  • Eat dinner before you go out. Tell everyone your on a budget. Then drink rum and diet coke. That way you don't have to eat and you can save some colories for drinks. You also save money! Drink water and go for a long but slow hike the next day.
