You are having waaaaaaaaay to many calories in one go! Especially for dinner! AND you are having sneaky sweets afterwards?! A big NO-NO! Stay away from sweets, if you have them, have them before lunch. Also, try and eat at home rather than at restaurants, you never know how many calories these restaurants meals actually…

I think that is a great loss. I started my weight loss in January and lost 8 kilograms until now. Very, very slow, but I am just so happy it works!

This does happen to me sometimes. I am being super good for days, weeks even and then BAM! I am soooooo hungry, I want sugar, I want carbs!!! Like bad carbs, not good ones that is.

I once forgot my headphones at home and to be honest, I did not want to be in the gym! I hardly managed to do an hour. The treadmill can be quite boring, but I tend to watch some MTV for some inspiration :))

God, if my boyfriend would log in everything he eats, it would be well over the allowed calorie intake. He literraly can down a whole meal, then 20 minutes later he goes back to the kitchen and eats another full meal. And then some snacks and beer and whatever he's having next. Well, I am not sure if this helps, but I lost nothing for 3 months! It seems that my body decided that it will not stand for all this non-sense of healthy eating and eevn when I started to exercise nothing seemed to happen.
