well, I am a healthy (according to my BMI) size for my height so it took me 3 months almost to see anything. And a year to see a big difference. DON'T GIVE UP!!! I won't this time.

I walked yesterday for an hour and a half and I burned around 600 calories. Of course it helps if you walk faster than just a normal walk. Try and walk for over an hour a day and that will help a lot. Walking is a great form of exercise.

I think you've got the whole cheat days concept wrong. Cheat days are not about eating whatever you want in whatever quantities you want, but you can indulge a bit. And of course, the more sugar and carbs you load yourself with, the more you crave. And the worst bit... is that you will still crave them a couple of days…

Well, I don't know if this will make you feel better, but I was called fat by one of my one of my boyfriend's friends(female). That really hurt a lot and stuck with me for a long time. Now, I am slim and could not give a f..k about what they think.

I have this rule too. I only drink one glass of wine on Friday and then a couple on Saturday, because it's my "1000 calories burn" gym day. I am dreading to think what I am going to drink on holiday.
