All good choices today ....so far at least. I had plain oatmeal with fresh strawberries for breakfast, baked chicken with cabbage for lunch (homemade), plain yogurt with fresh strawberries for snack ....obviously you see strawberries were on sale

I would start watering down some of your favorite drinks bc most drinks are full of sugar anyway start by putting half and half water in your juice and gatorade. I started this way and now everything seems to sweet when I drink it so I have to.

Typically it is cooked when it says 1 cup. But I typically only need 1/2 a cup to fill me up.
