I weigh myself daily. I keeps me in check when I get a little out of hand.

I weat ankle weight when I wear pants to work at first the people at work thought it was wierd but now they are used to it. Now those trips to the copier, fax, and printer are a bit more productive.

I am sometimes the same way but I now try to at least make it my before bed routine to update MFP, brush teeth, turn out lights, check locks, etc. You just have to find a good routine.

I can so relate sometimes I put on my sports bras and thing why bother so now I wear older too big bras sometimes. But I am right behind you at 206 and a 40D. Hopefully if I can keep my self control I will be there shortly.

I like string cheese, sugar free jell-o, and triscuit or wheat thins with either peanut butter or laughing cow cheese depends on if I wants something kind of sweet or salty.

Almond milk is delicious and high in protein. It is low in calories and lactose free.

I had the same problem then I switched to almond milk which is delicous. Then when it comes to fruit I looked up fruits low in sugar like melons and berries and eat those more than others like mango or pinapple.
