well I don't know if you JUST started counting calories and trying to cut out junk... but if so then, IT GETS EASIER. Takes 30 days to create a new habit. Right now, your cravings are because you are addicted to that food. After 30 days, you will create a new healthy habit, and those cravings won't be as intense.
