Yes, the Body Media Fit can connect to your phone's Body Media app via Bluetooth. I use it with my iPad, since my phone runs Android, not IOS. I've been wearing my BMFit since November and I really like it. The more you wear it, the more accurate it becomes (more data points = more accuracy).

Hi! I've had my BMF since November and I'm still fascinated by the technology. The more often you wear it for longer periods (take it off 1 hour during a 24-hr period), the more accurate it becomes. I love it. Data Data Data! LOL

I'm not new to BMF + MFP, but I've just started a new training program push, so I'm 'new again' ;-) I'm 5'6" and am at 165lbs, shooting for 140lbs and the ability to complete a 5K without walking.

One of the perks of my job is cheap access to the the state-of-the-art University gym. There are a lot of 'entitled' young people who also use the gym. It never fails -- I'll be working up a real sweat, burning my lungs out in the zone, when one of the kids hops up on the elipt or treadmill right next to me and --- STARTS…

one of the favorite diets circulating around my workplace recommends not eating breakfast, drinking a gallon of orange flavored water each day, no dairy products for the first month, and no alcohol at all i would last about a day LOL

my LDL & triglycerides dropped dramatically 3-4 months after switching from animal proteins to soy HDLs increased with regular workouts it's cool

try to stick with organic soy products i drank/ate soy throughout menopause and had such an easier go of it (no crazy hot flashes or mood swings) than my carnivorous female friends

I'm starting my 5th day with BMF Link and I'm pretty happy with it so far. I needed some way to keep conscious about moving the body. (I'm a seasoned coach potato). New Personal Bests =2545 calories burned & 1.43 average daily METs on Dec 1, 2012. The dogs are probably confused but loving it - more walkies!
