I was able to get through the whole workout today... but i did stop a few times. I hoping that by next week I will be able to go through without stopping. For such basic moves, it's really tough, but I love it!

I'm also starting the 30 day shred tomorrow and am going to combine this with Windsor Pilates Abs DVD. I started this before but only did it for about 2 weeks but am planning on sticking it out this time. Best of luck to everyone :-)
