The problem is that I am working out 6 days a week for an hour every day and I am SO HUNGRY ALL THE TIME. I can't sleep if I'm hungry at night, so I have to try and eat something later at night or I am STARVED by bedtime. Got it! Although when I set it at 1500 calories a day it told me my weight loss will only be .7 a week......tear. I think that's crap though b/c I'm building muscle which they don't seem to account for?

Sooooo, after my exciting lunch work-out yesterday, I not only had alcohol, I had 2 glasses of red wine AND a skinny cow dessert, AND went over calorie goal. I started out SO well and lost 11-12 lbs (not sure what my starting weight really way) and now my body is stuck at 160 and won't get down into the 150s!!!! Grrrrr.…

PS.......Jillian Michael's DVD is $9 at wal-mart and comes with 3 levels.....it's also on Demand (with Comcast) for free...... Actually, if you get unlimited free on Demand with your cable package, I know Comcast has a ton of exercise stuff.....always good to try something different.
