  • Hi. I hear you. I am 5'8 and 223. I would love to be 180 and that is currently my goal. I just started my fit pal last week and WOW what a wake up call! I am always under calories but over in the carbs number. I see where my adjustments need to be. I am greatful, humble and ready to get started!
