I am 29 and am looking for weight loss buddies too. My husband and I just started going to the gym and eating healthier this week. I really needed someone who I see everyday to help motivate me. But to have some lady friends would be awesome!! Friend me if you get on MFP often. :)

Since I have been keeping track of what I eat, I have been getting on the scale every day. But I only get on in the morning after I get up and use the bathroom. lol ...when I wasn't eating right, I would avoid the scale. Feels good to be back on track.

I'm SO in! That would put me only 13lbs from a 'normal' weight per my BMI. So let the challenge begin! :D If you are doing this, add me so we can encourage each other!

I tried HCG 1234 and did not stick with it. I lost about 10lbs and then quit, and I ended up gaining all my weight back plus more. It was not for me. I am just eating alot less calories on my own and not really on any specific diet. Just counting calories. Seems to be working for me, lost 13lbs so far. Good luck though. If…

I started using Gladiator protein shake mix. It's from Smoothie King. 45 grams of protein per two scoops and it tastes good. I use the strawberry fllavored one and mix fresh strawberries and bannannas in it with some ice. For a big bottle I paid $35 in the store.
