  • Usually about 1 am but it should be earlier. I think this week I will make it my goal to get to bed between 11 and 11:30. And no reading! (Unless I get to bed by say, 10:30). This is my first time responding to the Comments in My Fitness Pal. I just joined, and I am looking forward to reading people's responses to things.
