I prefer earth balance organic soy milk.. i havent liked any other kind besides earth balance. i tried almond and coconut and silk..everything taste weird!

I do the 10 min solutions on netflix and they are nice for a quick burn. as for pilates,I prefer CRUNCH pilates. they do pilates standing up and its much more intense. Good luck!

how about tofu noodles in the pasta? i believe they are spelled shiritake or something like that?? and u can swap out pizza crust with a whole wheat tortilla or personal pitas ;) and load on the veggies!

I forgot to keep track of mi. last week when I was at the gym. I know i did 4 mi a day on the elipitical. Just so I dont cheat myself, can un put me down for 16mi for last week? :) This week Ill do a better tracking job!

If I understand correctly, than eating 1200cal does not include exercise.. so if u exercise than u can eat back those calories and still lose 1-2lbs a week

I love Zumba! Every Instructor is different though and some are more intense than others. I suggest Zumba and give it everything u got to burn the most calories :) Good luck and have fun!

I have breakouts on my collar bone that wont go away, which I never had before.. an my cheeks and chin n hairline are breaking out and wont go away. Its not bad just yet ( not really) but im concerned because the more I workout, the worse its gets , it seems like. ..I will dry the natural cleansing and see if that helps.…

I know what u mean. Im 5'3 and in my 150s which is overweight but not fat for my frame. I have more muscle but I SHOULD weigh 125 which is prob not gonna happen. i would look like a freakin bobble head lol.. 135 is my goal..You gotta just understand ur body and muscle etc. good luck in reaching ur goal!! add me if u would…
